Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right for any errors in the prices of goods and shipping.
Product images used may in some cases deviate somewhat from the product in question. We reserve the right to misprints.
In the Nøsted & online store, goods are sold and shipped only in Norway. Orders to other parts of the world must go through our order office.

Inventory

In stock: the item is in our warehouse and will be delivered immediately.
On order: in-stock item that is temporarily sold out. The item will be delivered as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.
Made-to-order goods: goods we do not keep in stock but procure as needed. Delivery time may be slightly longer on these items. Contact us on phone 382 72 550, or post@nosted.com for a more exact delivery time.

Delivery of goods

We send all the items on one order together. This means that if we have all the goods you order in stock, the package will be sent from us within 1-2 working days. If there is part of a product on your order that we do not have in stock at the time of order, the goods will not be sent until everything is in stock. If a product line is missing from your order, we will send the rest of the products and send the missing product when it arrives in our warehouse. The orders are processed quickly, and it is therefore not possible to add more items to an order that has already been submitted.

Shipping/Volume surcharge (Handling surcharge)

We ship free of charge on purchases where you use one of our dealers as a pick-up point. The goods must be collected from the dealer within 21 working days, otherwise the goods will be returned.
If you want the goods delivered to your home, shipping will be added and the shipping price varies based on the size of the product. The current shipping price will be visible in the online shop "payment box" before payment.
Excluded from free shipping are goods that are sent as express.
Shipping for parcels sent as express is invoiced according to weight and dimensions, regardless of the order value. All express shipments are sent with Posten/Bring, and shipping is invoiced according to Posten's current rates.

Fee for unclaimed package

The customer pays the risk for unclaimed goods from the pick-up point.

Payment

At nosted.com you can pay in the following way:
Card payment / Vipps *

* It is not possible to add more items to an order that has already been paid for by card or Vipps, as it is not possible to increase the reserved amount on the card. A new order must be placed.

Payment by invoice

All private customers must pay by card/vipps before we send the goods. Existing dealer customers can be invoiced in the usual way.

Package tracking

When the goods have been prepared for dispatch from our warehouse, we will send you a delivery confirmation per e-mail to the address you have provided. The delivery confirmation is sent before the carrier collects the goods from us, therefore it may take a few hours before the package can be tracked. To track your shipment, you can use parcel tracking directly with Posten orPostNord.

Right of withdrawal

The seller is: Nøsted & AS

The buyer is: The person who is stated as the buyer in the order, and is hereinafter referred to as you, you (and terms such as your or your are used accordingly).

The Cancellation Act gives you the right to cancel your purchase. The right of withdrawal requires that you notify the Seller of the delivery no later than 14 days after you receive the delivery (withdrawal period). The item must be sent to us no later than 14 days from the day on which notification of use of the right of withdrawal was given.

If you have not received a cancellation form either in the shipment confirmation or upon delivery of the products, the cancellation period expires 12 months after the end of the original cancellation period. If you receive a right of withdrawal form within these 12 months, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received the right of withdrawal form.

In order for the right of withdrawal to be exercised, the product must be returned to the Seller of the product in approximately the same quantity and condition as you received it. If you use or examine the item(s) in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the item and this results in the item being reduced in value, the Seller may deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value from the purchase price to be refunded .

All products must be returned to the Seller within a reasonable time when using the right of withdrawal. The buyer bears the risk for the transport of the goods back to the seller.

The seller is obliged to pay you back what you have paid, including postage for the shipment, handling fees, customs fees, collection fees, etc. This only applies when the entire purchase is returned. If you have expressly chosen special shipping beyond what is necessary to ship the item, this must be paid for by you.

Refunds must take place within 14 days after the Seller has received the notice of cancellation, but still not before 2 days after the Seller has received the return from you, or documentation from you that you have sent the return back to the Seller. The product is sent back to the Seller in the original packaging, together with a completed right of withdrawal form. The return must be made to the Seller in accordance with the current terms and conditions.

Reimbursement of the purchase price takes place by the same means of payment that you used when ordering, unless otherwise agreed or there is an obstacle to repayment due to the payment method used.
