FRAM Spreader Beam Fixed 

FRAM Spreader Beam is the best lifting tool when there is sufficient height above the object to be lifted. 

The spreader beam has the attachment points located at the outer end, and redistributes the vertical lifting forces into horizontal forces in the yoke. The spreader beam is often lighter than
a corresponding lifting yoke. 

FRAM Standard Spreader Beam is supplied in lengths from 3.0 to 10.0 metres. WLL from 13 tonnes to 85 tonnes according to Machine Directive 2006/42EC and EN13155. 

In addition to the standard range, we can build a wide range of spreaders, from the very smallest with a WLL of 100kg to the largest with a WLL of 600 tonnes and lengths of up to 10.5 metres. 

All spreader beams can be certified according to a number of relevant standards such as Norsok R002, DNV 2.7.3. , DNV ST-N001 etc. but with other max lengths and WLL. 

FRAM produces all spreader beams with material traceability and certified procedures. FRAM performs load testing of lifting points and 100% NDT of load-bearing welds. FRAM Standard Spreader Beam is supplied with different types of surface treatment, such as powder-coated, galvanized, various industrial paint systems or Norsok M501. Documentation package according to the customer's request.
